Mission: Design and automate the best-on-the-market financial and managerial reporting system for a growing company in Ukrainian E-Com.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Reporting Manager to support our Kasta team. This role is vital in managing all aspects of corporate reporting—financial, management, and statutory—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in accounting and auditing, with strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting management, financial, and statutory reporting activities
• Assisting with financial audits for the Group
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders
• Strengthening internal financial controls
• Supporting initiatives for finance process automation
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and insights to guide business decisions

Requirements:

• Strong financial expertise with 3+ years of experience in a Big 4 or other leading audit firm (Baker Tilly, BDO, Mazars, etc.) or in a similar role in an international company
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and audit
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptable and focused on solutions rather than obstacles
• High standards of business and personal ethics
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

​Preferred Qualifications:

• Holding or actively pursuing ACCA/DIPIFR/CIMA or similar certification
• Experience in finance process automation
